Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Ammunition cannot returned, nor can hazardous materials, or flammable liquids such as cleaning solvents.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are also certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alan@walkeroutdoors.net and send your item to: 118 N Ross St., Suite 6, Auburn, AL. 36830.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Walker Outdoors, 118 N. Ross St., Suite 6, Auburn, AL. 36830.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Ammunition and Firearms
Ammunition:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their local laws prior to ordering ammunition. Buyers must be a minimum of 18 years old to purchase shotgun shells, 21 years old to purchase centerfire or rimfire ammunition. Ammunition can only be shipped via ground delivery service.

No ammunition sales to AK, HI, CA, NY, CT, NJ, MA, IL
We typically ship within 2-5 business days after payment has been verified.
Shipping of a firearm MUST BE TO AN FFL LICENSE HOLDER. Please contact your local FFL and have them e-mail us a signed copy of their FFL. It is the buyers responsibility to: (1) identify an FFL for us to transfer their firearm to, and, (2) to ensure that the identified FFL e-mails us a signed copy of their FFL license (e-mail to alan@walkeroutdoors.net). Failure to do so will delay shipping. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PRINTED ON YOUR FFL’s LICENSE.
Residents of CA,CT,DE,DC,MA, IL., and NY, please check with your local laws for restrictions before ordering any ammunition and Firearms.
Current shipping times are within 2-5 business days from when your payment is received and receiving the FFL (if required).
Firearms:
States with limitations: Please verify with a local FFL dealer that the firearm you want to bid on is legal to own in your area prior to bidding. We do not substitute or change magazines, make alterations to firearms or ship to areas where the item is prohibited. Do not purchase high capacity magazines if they are not allowed in your area.
Unless prior arrangements are made, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We will do our best to describe and picture the condition of firearms. Factory new items have the manufacturers warranty.
Firearms are sometimes shipped in factory supplied plastic shipping boxes, these are for shipping purposes ONLY, they are not storage boxes. Should the shipping box arrived damaged, it is not replaceable and is not a warranty item.
Any order placed in which there has been no communication from the buyer and/or no payment from the buyer and/or no FFL sent to us within 6 calendar days after the purchase will be cancelled and the item re-listed. There will be a non refundable 10% restocking fee applied to these orders.
Pricing and Detail Errors:
Although we strive at all times to maintain the accuracy of information maintained on this site, including pricing information and product details, occasionally pricing or other information errors may occur. In the event that any product that is available through this site is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will attempt corrections, refunds or provide suggestions when this occurs as soon as possible.
